We value relationships and believe that the best conversations happen face-to-face. During this in-person meeting, we’ll get to know you, discuss your lifestyle, budget, goals, and design needs. The insights gathered form the foundation for a successful project.

Organization and attention to detail are key to our success. After our initial consultation, we provide a comprehensive list of design service fees. Once we reach an agreement, an advance payment is required to proceed to the next phase.

Collaboration is crucial to us. During this meeting, we encourage you to bring any inspiration—photos, websites, magazine clippings, Instagram feeds, etc. We use these to align with your vision, ensuring the design reflects your unique taste. We’ll also take measurements of the project space.

We bring the vision to life through concept boards, floor plans, and detailed CAD drawings. This is where we align function and aesthetics, combining insights from the initial consultation and pre-design meeting to create a cohesive design.

Once the design concept is finalized, we present the selections that are meant for longevity and sustainability, including furniture, light fixtures, finishes, and paint colors. Our goal is to match your style while minimizing the carbon footprint of your home.

We collaborate with our trusted network of general contractors to receive project bids, offering you a comprehensive breakdown of options to make informed decisions. We manage every phase of construction, conducting at least one site visit per week to keep you updated throughout.

If requested, a final walkthrough is arranged with you, our design team, and the contractor. You will have the opportunity to inspect your home in detail before hand-over, ensuring the final outcome exceeds your expectations.
